Next on Stargate Atlantis: Quarantine

This week on Stargate Atlantis, it looks like Dr. McKay is about to make the "big leap" when the ancient city begins locking off rooms in order to contain what appears to be a deadly virus.  With the Atlantians quarantined in small groups, there’s plenty of time to play "getting to know you" while those on the outside try to find a way to save the city and its residents.

Quarantine is the episode that both Amanda Tapping and Jewel Staite referred to in a recent interview as the episode that made them feel like they were finally part of the team.

Said Tapping, "[Quarantine] brings everyone together even though we spend the entire episode separated."

To which Staite added, "Yeah, I think “Quarantine” put the characters in a position where they absolutely have no choice but to bond."

I wonder just how much bonding went on between Jewel Staite and Jason Momoa?  When asked which male character she would choose to have a fling with, Staite replied, "I would have to say Ronon. I like the fact that he makes Keller feel a little bit uncomfortable. She is usually very much in her element in the med lab. She’s very confident and whenever he’s around, she kind of doesn’t know what to do with herself, and I think that’s sort of cute. I like that he brings that out in her. So I would say Ronon."
