Shelton Clocks in at Eleventh Hour
“Grindhouse” star Marley Shelton has been signed to play the “feisty female bodyguard” in the the CBS scifi drama “Eleventh Hour.”
The series is based on a British show and revolves around Jacob Hood (Rufus Sewell), a special science advisor for the government who saves people from the worst abuses of science.
“Star Trek: TNG’s” Patrick Stewart played the lead in the BBC version along with “Ugly Betty’s” Ashley Jensen.
The series is being produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and according to The Hollywood Reporter, it already has a 13-episode commitment based on Bruckheimer’s track record and anticipated international sales.
