It’s Official: Bionic Woman Canceled

While NBC still won’t admit it, co-executive producer David Eick told Sci Fi Wire that the troubled Bionic Woman reboot is indeed canceled. Eick, now getting ready for duties on Battlestar Galactica prequel Caprica, said things just never came together.

The news of cancellation for the troubled show leaked when NBC didn’t order new episodes after the writer’s strike. With Eick going on the record, the short, sad story of this revamp finally appears closed. In an ironic note, the season one Bionic Woman DVD went on sale Tuesday.
