  I think Im the only one, but Im so not looking foward to this episode. The loath the whole idea that most of the shot are going to becoming from the view of a hand held camera. Plus I really could have done with out having to seeing Harry and Ed again.

  I like Harry and Ed, so am glad to see them back, but it’s a weird episode to come right after the last one we saw.

  Plus– what is WITH Sam’s hair? They keep plastering to his head and it looks greasy and awful.

  Glad to see new eps, though, even if this one doesn’t look terribly exciting.

  Good. Grief. That hand-held camera episode is probably going to be the first episode of this marvelous show I turn off after five minutes.

  The preview clips are making me actively nauseous. This was not a good idea, O Mighty Kripke.

  Clarifying something: it’s the style of filming, not the show itself.

  This is why a large number of people could never see BLAIR WITCH PROJECT. Much too jumpy.

  I just don’t associate looking at Dean Winchester with extreme nausea and vertigo, especially when SPN’s camera work is some of the finest on television week after week.

  This is a tremendous disappointment.

  Hopefully the jumpy hand held thing will not be throughout the entire episode. I’ll withhold judgement until after I see the entire thing.

  I’m afraid I’m not going to be able to watch this hand-held stuff even with Gravol to help me out.
  I also don’t think, with only four precious episodes left this season they should be wasting one on a stand-alone comedy. I don’t accept the strike as an excuse for this either.

  I don’t think the shaky cameras are that bad. LMAO

  Actually this was one of the pre-strike scripts they had already had written. So they went ahead with it. Once the strike hit they couldn’t write any scripts. So since this was already written they went with it.

  Be happy we even have 4 more episodes left to come back to.

  THIS IS SO AWESOME!!! I loved BLAIR WITCH PROJECT,it scared the crap out of me and I think it’s great that they are doing and episode with hand held cameras!!!I loved Hell House,I thought it was hillarious and I was hoping to see those lovely goofballs again!!!

  As much as I am looking forward to SPN coming back, I am not going to be able to watch this ep - the hand-held camera stuff makes me want to hurl. I was the same in the theaters for The Blair Witch Project. After the LA Convention and hearing Jared and Jensen talk about what a fun time they had filming this ep, I was psyched to see it , now I am bumped - damn my motion sickness. :)

  Yeah, I’m A Little Disappointed They Decided To Have This Type Of Episode Start Off The Last Four Remaining Episodes… This Type Of Decision Will Be Either “Hit It Out Of The Ball Park” Good Or Crash And Burn.

  Also… Isn’t This The First Time It Won’t Be In The Brothers Point Of View? Going To Be Strange.

  This looks like such a fun episode and I for one cannot wait to see it and find out what trouble these goofballs cause for Sam and Dean. As for the handheld camera footage, I think it is great that they are trying something different and unusual, it shows how much they care about their viewing audience and don’t want us to be bored - pffft, like that is EVER going to be possible???? I LOVE ‘Supernatural’, thank you so much for posting these clips! :-)

  I really like it^^ I know is something new but i^m sure is going to be great i remember i was like that with “Tal Tales” that will be a bad episide and is one on my favorite so see it and then give you opinion, whath you think about this epi… I miss the boys so much is no way in hell i gonna miss it!!!!

  I don’t see why these people aren’t excited for this episode; it looks amazing! I’m just glad the show is coming back on after the strike. i was going through a pretty tough relapse. Thanks so much for posting these clips!

  The real problem here is Jared’s hair. I’m sorry it just looks like a wet dog…

  and i dont know why a few people arent excited i mean yes its gonna be the first time it wont be the brothers point of view but i think its out of the ordinary and thats just freakin awesome and funny!

  The camera jumping up and down is never a good or clear idea. So I hope that when Sam and Dean have their moments that they are not jumping about. I myself like the ghostchasers from ”HellHouse”, because they are funny…but knowing that Dean has little time left on earth…why isn’t Sam and Bobby trying to get Dean from going to Hell…I mean if it was my brother …I’d be going CRAZY by now…not chasing a stupid ghost haunting that has nothing to do with the DEMON WAR. Kripke puts fans on a good story path then he strays away or his writers do. ”Like REDSKY MORNING”, What the hell did that stupid story have to do with Sam or Dean??? Give me a fricken break Krip.

  I don’t know why so many people are not happy with this new episode. I think it is a great idea and I love seeing Harry and Ed again. They were great in Hell House and I am sure they are going to great in Ghostfacers. It is going to be a funny and scary episode which is cool. I can’t wait to see it.

  I am VERY excited to watch this episode cause I love this show SOOO much, but yeah I expected something more hardcore after the season finale…hopefully these are the slower parts of the episode and it picks up eh?!!!

  OMG!! Blair Witch scared the crap out of me. I had to get down and lay on ther floor beside my ex, I was so scared. This is going to be awesome!! It will draw us into the show like never before!! Unfortunately, I don’t have my ex to lay down beside when I get scared because, well… he’s my ex and I don’t think his wife would approve. I have a big teddy bear, that’ll work. Bring it on Jensen, Jared, Kripke and the 2 warpees!! Woo hoo!

  For anyone who doesn’t know the reason this episode exists is because it was already 3/4 written before the strike. It there full blown season it was a random myth episode where they just fill a week with some fun. Since it was 3/4 written before the strike they decided to finish it. All 3 episodes after this one are all based on the main Story Arc of Dean.

  FINALY!!!!! New episode… More Brothers Winchester… And is something that we never got to see on Supernatural!
  Because the strike and this epi was ready so have to be in the 3 season.. But i really like it!
  Don^t worry the last 3 epo will be only Dean going to hell- story and i know that^s wath we all are excited about…^_^

  I am sooooo looking forward to this episode. The guys look great! I am definitely ready for my Winchester fix I have been in full withdrawal mode for quite a while. I am glad they had this quirky episode in the hopper because if they didn’t, there might have been only 3 episodes or none at all (like Heroes). It takes a long time to plan out each episode and take care of special effects. They needed all the head start they could get. I am guessing that this episode is supposed to be funny, but Mystery Spot was supposed to be funny also and it practically traumatized me the first time through. Sometimes these episodes are so scary that I have to see them 3 or 4 times before I can fully appreciate them. I can’t wait to find out where Ghostfacers stands on my scream O’meter. Hopefully I won’t reach the ‘run crying from the room’ level like I did after Dean’s 3rd death in Mystery Spot.

  It’s going to be a great episode even in it’s documentary style. It’s a refreshing change of pace for the boys and a great addition to season 3. The only unfortunate down-side to this, that I can see, is that some people truly are adversly affected by this type of filming. So, saddly these people will not be able to fully enjoy the long awaited season 3 post-writers’ stike episode. My advice is, “break out that ant-nausea medication and pray that your tummys will be able to handle such an episode”, because I would hate for any fan to have to miss it due to something they can’t control. Best of luck people! I really hope the show doesn’t suffer low ratings over this issue.

  Wow! I love when Supernatural does something really different like this! And Ed and Harry are too funny for words!

  We fans are so going to need some comic relief before the really emotional episodes arrive this season.
