James Marsters: Rocketman

May 23, 2008 by Cynthia

According to The Hollywood Reporter, James Marsters is in final negotiations to play astronaut Buzz Aldrin in the British telefilm “Moonshot.”

The movie follows Aldrin, Armstrong and Collins as they prepare for lift-off through to their historical moon landing on July 20, 1969.  The movie is being made to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the event.

Glad for Marsters, but doesn’t it seem odd that a British company is making a movie to commemorate a big moment in American history?
