Star Trek Pez Coming Right Up
Cyn of Cynopsis (not to be confused with Cyn of SFUniverse) has been attending the Licensing International Expo. According to her report, CBS Consumer Products has taken on more than a dozen licensing partners for new Star Trek merchandise.
Upcoming items include the very first Star Trek Pez line for fall of 2008. (Do you think they’ll have a runway show for that?) Also coming up, more Star Trek themed Barbie dolls, radio controlled vehicles by Tyco, and two Star Trek trivia games.
In addition novelty company Basic Fun has taken out an option on the logo as did DecoPac cake decorations, Northwest pillows and throws, Dreamlink USB accessories, IGPC collectible stamps and my favorite. . . Les Chocolats Vadeboncoeur Easter chocolates, alas, only in Canada. Chocolate tribble, anyone?
Just saw these at World market. They only got 6 in and sold out immediately… no not to me, i only bought one.
