Battlestar & Heroes Comic Con Exclusives from NBC
NBC has a line of slightly off-kilter products that they are advertising as Comic Con exclusives. But it appears that you can still buy them at the NBC shop online so I guess it’s more of a case of, they were designed with Comic Con in mind.
Items includes a “Bear, Beets, Battlestar” t-shirt and a Dwight bobblehead wearing the same shirt.
There’s a Sylar Special Edition action figure as well as a creepy two-headed Hiro bobblehead from Heroes.
From Battlestar there are some neat pewter ships and my favorite item of all — the Galactica Cylon Toaster that brands a Cylon image into your toast. Now that’s the way to whip up a fannish breakfast.
You know, just once, I’d like for them 2 hold a comic-con in the South…Despite what they’ve heard people CAN & DO read in the South…Some of us are avid comic readers & scifi fans even, like me…Every year, it seems to be always the same cities–L.A., N.Y., Chicago, etc…BTW, I’m refer 2 venues in states other than GA & FL…For those of us that live in the Gulf states (AL, LA, MS) driving to Atlanta or Miami for the convention just isn’t worth it.
