Checking in with Major Lorne
Spent some time on the phone today with Kavan Smith, aka Major Lorne on Stargate Atlantis and Jed Garrity on The 4400.
I just love him on Atlantis and I’m glad to see he’s getting a little more face time – now he just needs a big plot of his own!
We talked about the show hitting its 100th episode, a past project that still gets his motor running and wait until you see the answer to this question:
“What’s something you’ve done that you will NEVER do again!”

Ohhh…Kavan Smith. I enjoy his acting so much.
In some ways, he reminds me of 50’s heartthrob, Dewey Martin. Ohhhh…Kavan wearing leather pants like those that Dewey wore in “The Big Sky.”
