I bet if there were anyway to get real, inclusive numbers that took things like pirating, bootlegging and other illegal things into account the numbers would be completely different. For all we know Eureka is one of the world's top 10 rated shows. It’s funny. Why do you suppose that is? Big buzz from the Hewlett tour de force? Atlantis is up from 6th place last week with Weeds and the Olympics Opening Ceremonies coming in right behind.  Eureka came in in fourth place, down from third last week.
