It depends largely on what origin story they go for. If it's Steve Rogers, do you set the film during WWII? Then how do you make him an Avenger in 2011? Find him in ice or just say Super Soldiers don't age? Or does he become a Super Soldier to fight the war against terrorism, just like they updated Iron Man from Vietnam to Iraq?
