John Barrowman in the Park

September 15, 2008 by Cynthia

P1000062What if you gave a birthday party and 40,000 people came?

That was the scene in Hyde Park this past Sunday when Torchwood’s John Barrowman hosted a gala celebration for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s 60th birthday.

It was a marvelous evening of song — some that make you cry, some that make you smile and all topped off by Barrowman’s cheeky presence.  Man, can that man sing!

SFUniverse had a friend in the crowd and so we bring you these exclusive pictures!

More pics behind the cut.

What lovely pics! I can only imagine how much fun that whole event must have been. Sir Lloyd Webber has a lot of very comical friends.

Great post, and wonderful pics but what does ‘behind the cut’ mean because I can’t find any way to them.

  5. Cynthia says:

Behind the cut is for people who came in on the front page of SFUniverse. I know it’s confusing, sorry.
