Smallville Wins Sound Mixing Emmy

The Creative Arts Emmys were announced Sept.13 and Devoted to Smallville reports Smallville’s sound editing team won  Outstanding Sound Editing for a Series for the seventh season premiere episode Bizarro. These are not the Emmys most fans pay a lot of attention to, but where would sci-fi shows be if those Clark Kent-Bizarro fights didn’t look, sound and feel authentic?

Congratulations to the team. The Creative Arts Emmys will appear on E! as a special Sept.20, sort of a prelude to the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards Sunday on ABC.
