SCI FI Confirms Galactica’s Return Voyage

October 21, 2008 by brian

Adamas and Starbuck BSG Image A press release from SCI FI Channel has made the news that leaked last week official: Battlestar Galactica begins with new episodes January 16. One of the genre’s best and most acclaimed shows comes to an end March 20.

As fans will remember, the road to Earth led to a planet blasted with nuclear devastation. Leave it to Galactica for a nuclear holocaust to be the middle ground of the season. Can things get grim and grittier than an atomic apocalypse? Oh, you bet they can.
