Mary McDonnell In Grey’s Anatomy Arc
Battlestar Galactica’s President Laura Roslin is not a doctor, but she will play one on TV in a storyline beginning Nov. 13 on Grey’s Anatomy. Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello tells us McDonnell will play Dr. Virginia Dixon on Grey’s. She did reveal that she will not appear in the BSG post-series movie but of course, couldn’t say why.
How’s this for a cryptic quote, Roslin’s “story is not going to be further explored in the movie.” Of course, the prophecy that led the Human-Cylon alliance to Earth referred to a “dying leader,” and Roslin is battling cancer. While she couldn’t give any specific details, McDonnell promised that BSG is building to a very satisfying conclusion. Can’t wait for that and can’t wait to see how she shakes up Grey’s.

That right McDreamy is a Cylon and instead of an airlock it is the incinerator for him

Here’s a great scene from the first Grey’s Anatomy episode with Mary McDonnell. So different from her character on BSG http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RoBegwXrHRU
