SciFi Quickie with Aycox, Gravity, Signs and Dollhouse
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Supernatural’s Meg, Nicki Aycox will be joining Logan Marshall-Green and Omari Hardwick in the TNT drama pilot The Line. The show comes from Jerry Bruckheimer and revolves around an undercover police squad in Los Angeles.
They also say that Fox is working with Canada’s CTV, Germany’s ProSieben and the BBC for Defying Gravity, a 13-episode SF adventure drama series starring Ron Livingston. The show revolves around eight astronauts from five countries who are on a six-year mission.
So to recap, that’s 4 countries making a show about 8 people from 5 different places on a 6 year mission. Someone play that number in the lottery, it’s gotta be a winner.
According to Variety, A&E is developing a paranormal procedural show called Signs & Wonders, about a professor who helps solve paranormal medical cases with the aid of his grad students.
Let’s top that all off with the new Dollhouse trailer, shall we?
