It's called marketing to create a buzz for geeks like you and me. Sci Fi has had pretty good luck with a few of their shows and seem to be getting better about some of the concepts (not sure about Sanctuary though). And don't compare BSG to FS. Loved FS and was destroyed when they took it away. It's because of their support and promotion that the equally under-appreciated (and paved-the-way-for-BSG) series like Farscape got its mini-series when Sci Fi Channel unceremoniously dumped the show AFTER the 4th season finale had been shot. Farscape is the series that brought critical attention to Sci Fi's original series and made the critics take the network seriously. So slamming KFC for accidentally linking "frak" with their family brand is a weak attempt to appear cutting-edge humorous. Critics as well as fans should be grateful such a large franchise is taking an interest in and promoting these types of shows instead of the next Batman or Shrek movie.
