Tonight on Dollhouse: True Believer

Echo has perhaps her most challenging undercover assignment tonight and in a related development, Eliza Dushku has perhaps her biggest acting challenge.

In the first episode of Dollhouse, we learned that the actives aren’t perfect. They have the complete brain patterns of the subject downloaded into their cranium, including any ailments that person may have. In that particular ep, Echo’s persona was nearsighted. That was a bit of foreshadowing as tonight Echo will be a blind woman going undercover to expose a dangerous cult.

Tonight’s a critical episode in many ways. Dushku knows a lot of folks will be watching this one just to see if she’s got the acting chops to pull this off.
