SCI FI Has Unfinished Business

April 20, 2009 by Cynthia

SCI FI Channel is picking up a 2-hour paranormal crime drama called Unfinished Business from Overbrook Entertainment, Will Smith’s production company.

The back door pilot revolves around an ex cop, who after a brain injury, finds himself experiencing flashes of memories from the recently deceased. These flashes lead him to help the souls complete their unfinished business so they can then rest in peace.

The pilot was written by Sally Robinson (Iron Jawed Angels), and Emmy-winner Mikael Salomon (Band of Brothers, The Andromeda Strain) is attached to direct.

That’s funny, sounds just like ‘Haunted’ that starred Matthew Fox back in ‘98 (I think it was)…That series unfortunately didn’t last very long.

The good thing it, it’s the right time for these type of shows now, so this one might have a chance.
