Essex County Sanatorium & Hospital / Newark, NJ
Join the TAPS team as they travel to they travel to Newark, NJ to investigate the Essex County Sanatorium and Hospital. After a century of use the psychiatric facility and hospital was abandoned in the 1990’s, and many wonder if the spirits of forgotten patients still roam the labyrinth of underground tunnels connecting the buildings. The highest level of activity has been reported in Building 11, which simultaneously housed the morgue and the criminally insane. Witnesses have reported seeing an apparition dressed in a nurse uniform roaming the halls and have reported hearing screams, bangs and direct threats to get off the property.

Guys I watched tonights episode and IT was WILD>You may want to have someone come in after they tear down the building and before they start the park to bless the land plant a sweet tree ( fruit) and bury st Michael madalions.To make anything left leave but still make peace with the land.
I live in NJ and now we have plenty of suspect hospitals that would fit the bill for paranormal activity. Many of the homes either lived in or vacant have activity. Generally not acknowledge becuase it isn’t socially correct but most areas were built on sacred Native American grounds.
The research T.A.P.S. last night was good My friend in SC say that we wish the teams would stay in the location longer because the spirits don’t necessarily perform on cue.
My biggest question is WHAT is a midseason finale? I have never in my 44 years on earth heard of such. An explaination would be appreciated.
Watching tonight’s episodes. God, I do NOT like Brian Harnois. He’s a whiner. He’d rather backstab Steve than get the job done. Bad additude. And I wish they’d quit making noises to increase the tension (added background music and sounds), when all it does it cover up any real sounds that might occur. It’s irritating. For all this carping, I love the show.
