I wasn’t too pulled in by this teaser trailer for the new CW show Vampire Diaries. . . until they got to the brother stuff. Imagine the Winchesters as vampires – yeah, it could go down like this.

Hmmmm…I wonder if the producers of this show were thinking of Supernatural when they came up with this. Two hot brothers here..two hot brothers on Supernatural, except the two hot brothers here are what the two hot brothers of Supernatural hunt. ;P *gasp* Maybe they could do a crossover! Oh the hotness of it all! And that girl is gorgous too, how have we not seen her around before? o.O
I really really like the evil brother.
I totally agree with you cynthia the most intriguing part of the previews has been the part between Stefan and Damon. I’m really looking forward to this show and I hope it’s not a disappointment.
Gosh, I would love a Crossover with Supernatural!
PS: I haven’t read the books so I don’t know how much they have changed but it really does look awesome!
Actually this series is based on a book trillogy + 1, that originally came out in the 80’s or 90’s. It was written by LJ Smilth.
I remember reading the series like 8 times in a row back in elementry school or the begining of highschool. Same title. I’m looking forward to seeing how they take it, but the books were a contained story so… I hope they don’t kill it.
I dont’ remember much about the story itself except for one marvelous seen in book 3 with Damon saying – “Get. Away. From. My. Brother.” to the bigger bad guy, that had me litterally cheering. Still have the books. I should re-read.

I’m so freaking sick of vampires. So been there so done that. It was tired before Twilight, and now it’s just done to death. No pun intended. Cou’dn’t be less interested.
