Warehouse 13 Gets a Second Season

August 20, 2009 by Cynthia

W13_trio_boxesMid-way into their first season, Warehouse 13 is turning out to be the highest-rated and most-watched first season ever for a Syfy original series, even topping Battlestar Galactica’s 2.4 Household rating and 2.86 million total viewer averages.

It’s these fine marks that have earned the series a second season on Syfy and that’s great news. While many critics point out issues with the weekly “cursed object” storylines, no one finds fault with the characters and the relationships between them. There’s a chemistry between Eddie McClintock and Joanne Kelly that gets warmer every week. McClintock’s Pete provides the banter while Kelly’s Myka is the perfect foil. And now, thanks to the addition of Allison Scagliotti there’s a similar dynamic going on with Saul Rubinek back at the warehouse.

If you haven’t given the show a try, tune in next week when Myka gets trapped inside a mirror once owned by Lewis Carroll
