Next week (Feb 20/21), Ted Raimi will be reprising his role as a magic peddler on the Legend of the Seeker episode titled “Hunger.” But before that happens, I’ll have him on the phone to talk about his role on the show, his time on Supernatural and anything else you want to know.
Leave your questions for Ted Raimi right here and I’ll do my best to get them answered. I’m on the phone first thing tomorrow morning, so hurry.

The GHI team venture to Costa Rica and investigate the San Lucas Penitentiary, an abandoned 19th century prison known as ‘The Alcatraz’ of Central America. Supernatural: My Bloody Valentine First Look
Monster Movie is one of my favorite episode of Supernatural and I’m thinking this will be another winner in the same vein. First off, we have the great title which pays tribute to Jensen Ackles’ recent flick My Bloody Valentine 3-D. Next up, we have a clever premise that surely kept the cameraman on his toes – Cupid is naked – so it’s all about the angles and blocking.
Finally, there’s the comedy. Given what they can and can’t show on TV, a lot of this is being sold in the facial expressions of Sam, Dean and Castiel. Enjoy this …read more
Michael Shanks is Hawkman on Smallville
February 5, 2010 by Cynthia
Stargate star Michael Shanks is working on a legend of a different kind when he steps out as Hawkman on Smallville tonight. Michael is just one part of the huge “Absolute Justice” episode which will fill the whole two-hour CW block. He’ll be accompanied by Stargirl (Britt Irvin), Doctor Fate (Brett Stait) and a few other comic book legends whose identities are being kept underwraps.
Watch for sparks to fly between Hawkman and resident costumed hero Green Arrow – and no, ladies, I don’t mean those kind of sparks. Though Justin Hartley was quoted in TVGuide as saying “Hawkman kind of …read more

Tonight: It’s the Fringe Winter Finale
February 4, 2010 by Cynthia
Remember back in the day when TV shows only had one finale a year? Or maybe that was a rule in that other universe we all lived in. . .
Fringe has a big one planned tonight. Here’s the official description:
A Manhattan office building is rattled to its core, leaving only one survivor, and the Fringe Team examines his otherworldly origins. Once Walter surmises that what shook the building was something he discovered many years ago, the team races to Jacksonville to help Olivia reconnect with her past in order to avert what they fear will happen next in the all-new …read more
Tonight on Vampire Diaries and Supernatural
February 4, 2010 by Cynthia
Thursday’s are killing me. In addition to the big Fringe winter finale, there’s also a huge episode of Supernatural and a great guest star on Vampire Diaries.
Looking back at the past seems to be the theme of the night. First up on Vampire Diaries: “Children of the Damned,” Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) recall the long-ago actions taken by townspeople including their father, Guiseppe Salvatore (guest star James Remar, “Dexter”), and Pearl (guest star Kelly Hu), leading to the devastating events that caused the rift in their relationship.
In the present, Bonnie’s (Katerina Graham) date with Ben (guest star …read more
