Psychic Kids follows psychic/mediums Chip Coffey, Chris Fleming and Kim Russo — who themselves grew up with the ability to see dead people– and licensed therapist Edy Nathan as they attempt to help kids with psychic abilities.

Once those kids grow up and become teens, they can go to Paranormal State! This is the fourth season of this series that follows Ryan Buell and the Paranormal Research Society of Penn State University.

On the books for ABC is a pilot called Ghost World from the creators of Ghost Whisperer. According to an article in Variety, the series is about a male ghost who helps a female detective solve crimes. Kinda like Castle, only with dead people.

It begins on Friday, September 4 with a 22-episode, viewer’s choice, Eureka marathon.

Saturday and Sunday nights are dedicated to Syfy original movies and includes the premiere of Merlin and the War of the Dragons at 9:00 pm, and Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus starring Debra Gibson.

From 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday it’s Josh Gates and Destination Truth and on Monday from 8:00 am to 7:00 PM it’s Ghost Hunters.

Finally, Ghost Whisperer makes its Syfy debut with a mini-marathon from 7:00 to 11:00.

So there you go, lots of ghosts, several mythical beasts, a handful of scientific experiments gone awry and one giant octopus. What more could you ask for on a holiday weekend?

The new Friday lineup begins on September 25.

For you Alex O’Loughlin fans, you’ll have to wait until October 4 before seeing him in his new series Three Rivers. That will make it one of the last new shows to debut in the fall which I suppose, could work in its favor.  It’s up against Desperate Housewives, Family Guy and Football. What do you make of that?

CBS’s popular internet series, Ghost Whisperer: The Other Side is back for season three. This time around you’ll see the world through the eyes of earthbound spirit quite literally, as the new series features an interactive game component.

Marc (Justin Baker), is an earthbound spirit who must intersect with the World of the Living to convince the woman he loves, Olivia (Jaimi Paige) that she can’t live without him. In order to do this, Marc will need your help decoding the EVPs he’s using to communicate? Is there love after death? You’ll have from now until April 27th to find out.

The cards your looking for all have a mistake on them – one letter that is upside or backwards or perhaps it causes a misspelling. Right that letter down (hangman style) and keep looking. Once you have collected all of the letters, you’ll have the URL to a website with the bonus materials. Ghost Whisperer returns tomorrow night with new a new episode called “Life on the Line.”

Ghostly 911 calls from a deadly accident in the past burn up the phone lines. Since the haunting is tied to a house that Delia is trying to sell, she has her first close encounter with a ghost since becoming a believer, and learns the hard way that life was a lot less scary — and dangerous — when she was a skeptic.  Meanwhile, Sam (Jim) tries to decide whether he wants to know who he bought an engagement ring for — until the question is answered for him…
