Let’s start the week with a beautiful new promo shot of Morena Baccarin from the ABC series V. Morena, who many of you know from her role on Firefly (and Still Life for you Jensen Ackles fans), is playing the head “visitor” Anna.
V premieres on November 3 on ABC. It will have a limited run then return with new episodes in the spring, after the Olympics.

I think Jensen Ackles of Supernatural is channeling his old Dark Angel character in this behind the scenes shot from tonight’s episode. Not as cool as that green motorcycle he drove in this pic, but it works.

June Lockhart may have been at the USPS stamp unveiling to represent Lassie, but to me she’ll always been Maureen Robinson of Lost in Space. The stamps, designed in the shape of an old TV set, represent some of the best classic TV memories and include faves such as Twilight Zone and Alfred Hitchcock Presents, I Love Lucy and Dragnet.
The stamps are available now from the US Postal Service and they also have a nice set of matching postcards.
Going back to June, doesn’t she look fabulous? And Lassie’s looking mighty nice herself.

Fox has two new sets of cast photos for Fringe, one with the cast members standing on a pool of water, the other with them standing in front of an open door with someone else’s shadow on it. Cool stuff. Also notable is the fact that Kirk Acevedo is in the cast photo, despite the rumor he started saying he was off the show. Also, any significance in the fact that Joshua Jackson is the front-most character in the group shot?

The new season of Fringe begins on Thursday, Sept. 17 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

From Comic Con in San Diego to the Television Critics Association meetup in Pasadena, it’s been a whirlwind couple of weeks for the cast of Fringe. I was actually surprised to hear that they even had a Fringe panel as the TCA’s are usually devoted to new shows on a network with the other stars coming out only to party. Not so at Fox.

Supernatural’s Katie Cassidy (far right) showed up for The CW’s  TCA party wearing her best man-eating outfit. Just look at that glamour girl! Any demon would be smart to step into that meatsuit.
