Warner Bros. video-on-demand service The WB.com will be offering some of our favorite genre shows when it launches later this month. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the list of shows that will be available day one include Buffy the Vampire Slayer, its spinoff Angel, Firefly, Babylon 5, Smallville and Roswell. 
WB.com will be supported by premium and is scheduled to launch Aug. 27. B5 and Buffy on demand? Sign me up twice, please! What shows are you looking forward to checking out again online, readers?

That jibes with comments former Babylon 5 scribe J. Michael Straczynski made last month at Wondercon, saying he would write a Surfer film featuring Galactus. JMS said Fox purposely held off showing the Big G in that movie to have a &#8220;big reveal&#8221; in the Surfer&#8217;s film debut.

With JMS writing the script, I&#8217;m at least happy about the Surfer&#8217;s prospects. How neat would it be if Galactus tries to eat the <strong>Narn </strong>or <strong>Centauri </strong>homeworlds?</p>
