Supernatural Comic Con Clips

The CW has a couple of very nice Supernatural Comic Con videos for your viewing pleasure. The first one begins with a nice look at Eric, Sera, Ben, Misha and Jim at the signing and there’s Misha being his usual Misha-ish self. When it rolls into the panel — beware, there are spoilers about what’s coming up in the new season.
The second clip deals with how you solve a problem like Lucifer and Misha rags on the boys in their absence — oh no, we lost pandas!

Vampire Diaries at Comic Con

Vampire Diaries at Comic Con

With the Twilight fans out in full force, you would have thought there would be at least a modicum of spill over into the Vampire Diaries panel but it didn’t seem like that was true. The majority of people I met in line were there for the Mythbusters panel that was to follow and I’m here to tell you, it’s simply not the same audience.

The panel began with an airing of the pilot. I wish they’d show only an abbreviated version at these things because it really ate into the Q&A time with the panel after the fact. I felt …read more

Heroes Sizzle Reel and Comic Con Carnival

NBC doesn’t want a single Heroes fan to miss out just because they couldn’t go to Comic Con. So they’ve sent over a bunch of great videos including the Sizzle Reel! That’s your first look at the new season as the Heroes head down the Road to Redemption.
After the jump, a look at the Heroes Carnival from Comic Con.

Fringe at Comic Con

Fringe at Comic Con

Fringe was on my list of “must see” panels at Comic Con and since it was being held in the always overrun Ballroom 20, I decided I better get in line two panels before. Big mistake. I stood in line, outside in the heat, for more than two hours only to find that the majority of the line was heading in for Simpsons and Futurama. Once Fringe actually rolled around, you could walk right in with no wait.
There were no new clips and no big reveals at the panel but I really enjoyed seeing the live interaction between the cast …read more

Comic Con 09: The Exhibit Hall

Comic Con 09: The Exhibit Hall

Comic Con.
I’m tempted to stop typing right now. But Kripke is in his hot tub yelling, “I don’t hear typing!” so I guess I better keep at it.
My first day at Comic Con was a little less hectic than usual since I decided to stay in a hotel for the night. I even took one of those pedicabs to the convention center and it was a nice, relaxing way to start the day.
My first stop was the exhibit hall and incredibly, I could actually see the floor! There must have been some major panels going on upstairs because I had …read more

It’s only preview night at Comic Con and already the Twitter lines are loaded with Tweets! The traffic is bad, the lines are just starting to move and the Twilight fans are already camping out for their panel which is on Thursday. Here’s a Twit pic from slashfilm showing a Comic Con themed menu from a local restaurant.
