Last week I was at a press event for CBS where they showed us a trailer for Medium that gave us all a good laugh. It was a terribly serious film clip that ended with a tag line about how Allison went into a coma on NBC and woke up on CBS. CBS doesn’t have much in the way of genre shows this year, but they did pick up Medium when NBC let it go. In what seems like a strange bit of scheduling, they lined Medium up with Ghost Whisperer on Friday nights. Aren’t those two a bit similar to run back to back like that?
The new Friday lineup begins on September 25.
For you Alex O’Loughlin fans, you’ll have to wait until October 4 before seeing him in his new series Three Rivers. That will make it one of the last new shows to debut in the fall which I suppose, …read more
