]]> liquid-poster Fox has announced Terminator:Ambush, a mini MMO that can be played via the iPhone or a web browser. According to Touch Arcade,players hunt down and terminate those using the iPhone version. This “location-based” gaming is becoming a hot trend and this one sounds fun. Being able to play as either a Human or Terminator is a nice twist too.

The game is now available as a free download from the iTunes app store. To get signed up and either defend or obliterate humanity, visit the Terminator Ambush site. If you try it out, hop on our comment boards and let us know whether it’s a bright new advancement in mobile gaming or as the Ahh-nold would say, “obsolete technology.”
