Last night, luminaries from the world of sci fi and horror were honored at the 35th Annual Saturn Awards. The awards are given out by The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films for work in film, TV and on DVD. This years winners will join an illustrious list of former honorees including Vincent Price, Rod Serling, Dan Curtis, Ray Bradbury, Gene Roddenberry, Robert Wise and Lon Chaney Jr. just to name a few.

Yesterday, Fox had an Upfront Pre-Reception at Seppis in New York City and the stars of Fringe stopped by to chat up the advertisers and pose for pics. Mark Valley looks like he’s being guarded by the Secret Service and how cute is Jasika Nicole in that polka dot dress? And keep your eyes open for one non-Fringe special guest.
 

The future may look bleak for John Connor and his pals, but last night they were having the time of their lives as they walked the red carpet for the Terminator Salvation premiere.
It all happened at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Los Angeles where even the metal monsters laid down their arms for the night.

On May 2, the cast of True Blood celebrated their second season with a party at TABU Ultra Lounge at the MGM Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The paparazzi were on hand to shoot some snaps as these creatures of the night stalked the red carpet.

Last night, you didn’t need a telescope to look at the stars. All you needed was a walk down Hollywood Blvd. It was the Los Angeles premiere of the new Star Trek movie at Grauman’s Chinese and the red carpet was full of sci fi luminaries. Original Trek stars, new Trek stars and plenty of your favorites from other sci fi shows were on hand for the celebration.
