We didn’t figure Katee Sackhoff would have any problem finding work after Battlestar, and she has landed a choice gig on a new Dick Wolf TV project. Zap2It tells us that BSG’s Starbuck will be the lead in Lost and Found, a detective show about a cop who ends up working John/Jane Doe cases after clashing with her superiors.
Hmm, Starbuck playing a brash maverick who has issues with authority? I think she can handle that role. But to join Lost and Found, Sackhoff will have to forego a planned stint on FX’s popular drama Nip/Tuck. Replacing …read more

Someone stop the Robert Rodriguez/Rose McGowan tandem before they kill again. First they announced that McGowan will star as Barbarella in a remake of that cult classic, now USA Today is reporting that she’ll play Red Sonja in a revamp of that film.

Remember the other day when you were clamoring for that Barbarella revamp? What’s that, you weren’t? Well, Geeks of Doom says Hollywood’s cranking it out anyway. It will come to us courtesy of the Robert Rodriguez/Rose McGowan “artistic pairing” that brought us Planet Terror.
