Katie Cassidy Haunts Ruby & The Rockits

Yesterday, I spent the day on the set of the new ABC Family series Ruby & the Rockits. Despite the vaguely spacey name, this isn’t a sci fi series. It’s a family comedy loosely based on the lives of the Cassidy family — David, Shaun, Patrick, Ryan and even Katie!
As you may recall, Katie Cassidy, David’s daughter, was the original Ruby on Supernatural so it was really funny to hear that she was also the inspiration for the Ruby of the new series.
