Ausiello Says Sarah Connor Has Been Terminated
“Consider it canceled.”
That’s the word EW columnist Michael Ausiello is getting from sources close to Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Though the official word is that, there is no official word, I’m betting Ausiello’s got the story. There isn’t much to it but you can read it here.
When you’re done weeping, head over to Save the Sarah Connor Chronicles website and get in on fight to save the show. What do you think? Send truckloads of wind-up robot toys to Fox and Warner Brothers? (I’m kind of partial to this one because he looks like a TV) Or perhaps we …read more

It’s About The Timeshift for Terminator
In determining which TV shows people are tuning into, it’s now as much about how they watch as when they watch. While Terminator:The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Dollhouse are both pulling about 4 million viewers live, they are two of the shows benefiting the most from DVR technology.
According to a report published by TV Guide Live+7 DVR data, which takes into account recorded playback within the week after the show airs, shows a 36 percent jump in adult viewers for Terminator. Dollhouse picks up 30 percent. Rounding out the Top Five “timeshifted” shows are Privileged, 90210 and Scrubs. These …read more
Sci-Fi Friday: Dollhouse Dips Slightly
February 23, 2009 by brian
The good news is that Terminator:The Sarah Connor Chronicles ratings picked up four percent this week from its Friday debut. The bad news is that its 3.84 million viewers still saw it trailing the likes of Wife Swap, Supernanny and Howie Do It.
Dollhouse, as expected, saw a bit of a dip. Joss Whedon’s latest offering dropped 10 percent to 4.22 million viewers. I really thought this ep picked up the pace and was an overall better offering than the pilot. Some of that may be chalked up to Eliza Dushku playing kick ass chick better than she plays vulnerable …read more
Sci-Fi Friday Off to Rough Start
February 16, 2009 by brian
Joss Whedon fans’ worst fears were realized Feb. 13 when long awaited new series Dollhouse debuted to very, very weak numbers. The Hollywood Reporter’s James Hibberd reports on the very disappointing debut.
Dollhouse drew 4.7 million viewers, making it the lowest non-reality show debut on a network since NBC’s now deep-sixed Robinson Crusoe revamp. Even more depressing was that the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles lead-in lost nearly 30 percent of its audience by moving to Fridays. That wasn’t a show that had a great deal of spare viewers to begin with.
FOX hoped pairing the two sci-fi shows together would …read more

Glau to Guest on Big Bang Theory
Summer Glau, who of course stars as Cameron in Terminator:The Sarah Connor Chronicles, is going to do a guest stint on one of our other favorite shows.
CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory chronicles the exploits of a group of science whizzes who try to apply the lessons of science and science fiction to everyday life. Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello breaks the news.
Glau will play herself in the March 9 episode in which she encounters the gang on a train trip to San Francisco. Glau, a star on Firefly and The 4400 before becoming our favorite Terminator, is something of …read more

December 8, 2008 by brian
Alpine Fields. It sounds so serene, so pretty, so like something the machines would like to wipe off the face of the earth. But not on Sarah Connor’s watch.
Tonight in Alpine Fields the Connor team works to save a California family. Also, there’s the little mystery of a Terminator trapped behind a wall for 60 years. The Terminators are stepping all over the timestream now. We’re going to need the Doctor to examine all the potential repercussions of time travel to the different eras here. They have to make sure they don’t eliminate anyone or anything that would directly …read more
Tonight on Sarah Connor: Self Made Man

Riley and John – sittin’ in a tree. OK, a car but you get the point. When you’re running from machines determined to bring about the end of humanity, you get a little romance in wherever and whenever you can.
Also, Terminators don’t sleep. Did you ever wonder what Cameron does while everyone else is sound asleep. Or as sound asleep as one can be while getting constantly stalked by the aforementioned machines. Tonight, we’ll learn about Cameron’s secret nightlife. In addition, Cameron will bust John’s chops about being out all night. Uh oh. Hell hath no fury like a …read more
Things SF Fans Can Be Thankful For
November 27, 2008 by brian
It’s the time of year to count our many blessings and the b5 Media family is no different than your family. Well, other than many of us never having physically met each other. Now that I think about it, there are countless extended members of my own family I haven’t met (and more that claim they’ve met me that I never recognize) but that’s a whole different story. I thought I’d take the time to point out a few things SFUniverse is thankful for this year.
A Second Full Season of Terminator:The Sarah Connor Chronicles- The days of strong women like …read more
