IDW Publishing (www.idwpublishing.com) is releasing the official continuation of last summer’s blockbuster Transformers movie. Transformers Movie Sequel: The Reign of Starscream continues the story from where the movie ended.
Astute moviegoers and longtime fans will remember that the diabolical Starscream survived and was seen flying away at the end of the film. They will also remember that Wheelie was quite possibly the worst Autobot of all time.

At least, that’s the case in an eHarmony story that lists The Top 20 Movies That Make Guys Cry. Unfortunately, the only film on the list with sci-fi chops is the 1999 animated tear-jerker The Iron Giant. No qualms with that one.
But overall, are you kidding me? Love, Actually and Terms of Endearment ahead of say, Spock’s death scene in Wrath of Khan? Superstar director Michael Bay has admitted he was hard at work on the script for Transformers 2 during the writers’ strike.
“We’ve got our characters all designed,” Bay told popular film site Rotten Tomatoes. I always write all my scripts, my movies anyway so at least I’ve got something to give the writers. It’s like a template. We have a really good outline so I worked on that. We had to because I want to make my date. I’m not going to let the strike take me down.”
